Shane’s role is to build the Hidalgo ecosystem and develop new strategies surrounding cloud technology solutions. In this position, Mr. Roybal is responsible for management of strategic sales professionals and multiple day-to-day functions including global sales, agent management and business development. His responsibilities include serving medium to large enterprises encompassing major resellers, ISP’s, VoIP providers, Collocation and content providers, International and regional carriers, CLEC’s, ILEC and Independent Phone Companies.
